Jewelry Return and Replacement Policy

1. **Minor Design Changes**: – Minor design changes in certain areas of the jewelry cannot be considered as damage. Earrings stem bent is not considered as damage.

2. **Return, Exchange, Refunds, and Cancellation**: – We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations under any circumstances.

3. **Replacements**: – Replacements are issued only for damaged products. – Minor changes in a few parts of the jewelry are not considered as damage. – For replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. – The unboxing video is not proper or incomplete we will accept replacements – The damaged product must be returned intact to an address provided by us. – Only a replacement will be provided, no refunds.

Cancellations are not possible. As the orders might have been communicated to the dispatch team / vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

For claiming replacement, Proper Unboxing video from start to end is must. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
