Cancellation & Refund: thefashionladio believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations are not possible. As the orders might have been communicated to the dispatch team / vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

However, refund/replacement can be made only if customer receives the wrong or damaged product. For claiming refund/ replacement, Proper Unboxing video from start to end is must. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

In case of any Refunds approved by the thefashionladio, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
