What are the shipping charges within India?

Shipping charges within India are ₹75 for prepaid orders.

How long does delivery usually take?

We usually takes 1-3 working days for dispatch from our warehouse, followed by an additional 4-8 days for delivery.

I need an urgent order. What should I do?

For urgent orders, the shipping charge is ₹120. We offer Professional Courier Air express delivery, which usually takes 3-4 working days for delivery. Please provide the product you want and share your address details on WhatsApp at 8657326724. We will check and confirm the delivery date for you.

Will the product be restocked if it's out of stock?

To know the approximate date of the restock of a product, please contact us on WhatsApp.

What is the return policy?

Products can be returned only if you receive the wrong items. However, please note that providing an unboxing video from start to end is compulsory. We only allow exchanges and do not entertain cancellations or refunds.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. For COD, a handling charge of ₹100 needs to be paid upfront, and during delivery, the product cost plus ₹75 for shipping should be paid. Choosing  prepaid payment saves you ₹100. Please note that COD does not offer urgent delivery.

I'm not getting any response from the DM. What should I do? / How to Track?

If you have already placed an order, please check your registered email ID, including the spam folder or Promotion Tab, for the confirmation email. You will receive a tracking link in email within 2-3 days. Follow the link to track the estimated delivery date.
