What happens if a product is sold out?

You can subscribe to sold-out products. Once restocked, you will receive a notification email to purchase.

Can I speak to someone about a problem on the website?

Voice messages on WhatsApp are the best way to communicate, as we can keep track of your chat and assist you better with your queries. If you need further clarification, you may call us between Monday and Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

 What are the shipping charges within India?
  • Prepaid orders: ₹75 shipping charge
  • COD orders: ₹200 COD handling + ₹75 shipping
    (Prepaid is recommended as COD charges are higher.)
Why do Cash on Delivery (COD) orders take longer?

COD orders involve third-party verification and pickup scheduling, which may take longer than prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is primarily available for first-time customers with higher cart values. If you are shopping with us for the first time and feel unsure about trusting an online brand, you may choose COD. For second time customers, we recommend prepaid orders, as they are faster to process and more cheaper

Why was the earring stem bent in the parcel received?

Earring stems may be bent intentionally to prevent breakage during transit. This is not considered damage and can be gently straightened.

Do you offer replacement or exchange?

Replacement is provided only for damaged products, subject to the following:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • A proper, uncut unboxing video is mandatory
  • Only replacement is offered (no refund), subject to product availability
Do you accept returns?

No. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Size issues or weight preference
  • Minor design variations
  • Color differences due to photography or screen settings
  • Transit-fixable issues
  • Personal preference
Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

Is an unboxing video mandatory?

Yes. Please record a complete unboxing video from start to finish, beginning with opening the courier cover.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no cancellation once the order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Can I change the shipping address or phone number after placing an order?

Yes, on a best-effort basis before dispatch. Please WhatsApp us with your Order ID and updated details.

Can you postpone the dispatch of my order?

Yes, on a best-effort basis, if the order has not already been dispatched. Please WhatsApp us with your Order ID and preferred dispatch date.

 How will you ship the orders?

Orders are shipped via ST Courier, DTDC, Professional Courier, Indian Post, Delhivery, ExpressBees, FedEx, or other partners based on serviceability.

How will I know the status of my shipment?

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number and tracking link.

Will I receive order confirmation and tracking details?

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent after order placement, and tracking details will be shared via SMS or email within 2 working days.

 How long will it take for the order to reach me?

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days
  • South India: 4–9 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–9 working days

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–8 working days, depending on location.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
