Refund policy


At Ladio, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain transparency and avoid misunderstandings, please review the policy below before placing your order.

 

Before You Place an Order

  • We request customers to carefully go through the product description for size, finish, and detailing.

  • For colour accuracy, you may contact us on WhatsApp to request real-time photos or videos before checkout.

  • We also share regular Instagram reels, stories, and Youtube videos shot in natural daylight to help you understand the product better.

  • We strongly advise customers to clarify all doubts in advance, as our jewellery is non-returnable except in specific cases.


Order Confirmation & Quality Checks

  • Once an order is placed, an Order ID confirmation Mail will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Every jewellery piece goes through a final quality inspection before packing.

  • Complimentary back ropes or chains (where applicable) are attached prior to dispatch.


Situations That Are NOT Treated as Damage

The following do not qualify as defects or transit damage:

  • Loose stones or pearls found inside the package (replacement stones may be included with a future order if required)

  • Minor finishing marks resulting from handcrafted processes

  • Tangling in layered pearl jewellery, which can be corrected easily

  • Slightly bent earring stems designed to prevent breakage during transit

  • Minor colour differences (up to 5–10%) due to lighting or screen settings


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product does not match personal preference

  • Change of mind after order placement

  • Item purchased for someone else who did not like it

  • Orders placed accidentally or by another person

  • Incorrect size selection (including bangles and motif width)

  • Delivery delays or missed occasion timelines

  • Damage caused after delivery while wearing or handling the jewellery

Eligible Return Cases

Returns are accepted only when the product has been damaged during transit.


How to Report Transit Damage

To raise a return request, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • Customer name

  • Order ID

  • A complete unedited unboxing video, starting from opening the courier packet

⚠️ Requests raised after 24 hours will not be reviewed.

📦 Parcels returned without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


Return Approval & Shipping Instructions

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 48 hours

  • You may use India Post, ST Courier, DTDC, or Franch Express

  • A shipping reimbursement of ₹75 will be provided

  • Return address will be shared by our team

  • Tracking details must be sent to us after dispatch

Refunds & Replacements

  • Returned items will be inspected once received

  • The same product or an alternative product will be provided as a replacement, subject to availability. Only replacement will be provided . No refunds.

Final Decision

All return, refund, or replacement requests are handled case by case.
The final decision rests solely with Ladio management, and their decision will be considered final.
