Order Processing & Dispatch

Shipping Charges (India)

• Prepaid Orders: ₹75 shipping charge
  
  

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹75 shipping + ₹200 COD handling charges
  
  We recommend prepaid orders for faster processing and lower charges.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• After placing an order, a confirmation email with Order ID will be sent to your registered email address.
  
  

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email within 2 working days of dispatch.
  
  

Delivery Attempt & Customer Responsibility

• Customers (or an authorized person) must be available at the delivery address between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (IST).
  
  

• Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  
  

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to origin.
  
  

• Re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer in such cases.
  
  

Delayed or Non-Delivered Orders

• If your order is not received within 6 days from the shipment date, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
  
  

• Claims related to missing or non-received items must be raised within 24 hours of shipment.
  
  

International Shipping

• International orders are accepted via WhatsApp only.
  
  

• Shipping charges for international orders depend on the destination country and parcel weight.

• Returns or exchanges are not applicable for international orders.
